This jig was designed for heavy structure & pitching shrimp in docks. They have a 3/0 VMC Permasteel hook designed for fishing live and cut baits. You throw a fixed jig in heavy structure and see if you can retrieve it when it gets snagged. Now the swing jig can be popped and most of the time it will be recovered.
